Join us for our "Tea 101" seminar as we take a journey through the history of tea, beginning with its origins in the Far East, through its proliferation through Europe and up to present day. We will also focus on the exotic regions from which each tea comes and discuss the numerous processes that give the teas their distinctive flavor. But best of all, we will taste a sampling of each and discover the subtle differences in every delicious cup. Samples of each category will be provided for you to take home and enjoy.

Our next class will be scheduled in the fall at our Newbury Location in the Back Bay area starting at 7:00 PM. The class usually lasts about two hours. Cost is $25 per person payable in advance. Space is limited so don't delay.
