By inserting the stainless steel infuser, adding your favourite loose leaf tea, pouring in hot water, your tea will steep through the infuser. By simply pressing down on the plunger the leaves are compressed in the base of the infuser stopping any further brewing. This method makes life easy because the infuser is easily removed for cleaning.
